About this site

This is a personal portfolio containing my work, projects, posts, and photography. It does not display advertising or sell personal data.

Hosting and site measurement

Vercel hosts this website and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights. It processes limited technical, usage, device, and performance information to deliver and secure the site, understand aggregate readership, and improve its performance.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving this portfolio. Vercel states that its Web Analytics is cookie-free and uses anonymous, aggregated information. More information is available in Vercel’s Privacy Notice, Web Analytics privacy documentation, and Speed Insights privacy documentation.

Browser storage and cookies

The site uses browser storage only for user-experience functionality, such as remembering preferences and managing interface behavior. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Opening the Contact section automatically loads the Cal.com booking calendar. Cal.com may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies to provide and secure the booking service. Its use of these technologies is described in the Cal.com Privacy Policy.

Contact

If you email me, I process your address, message, and any information you include so I can respond. If you schedule a meeting, Cal.com processes the information needed to arrange it. Providing this information is voluntary, but the required booking details are necessary to schedule a meeting.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in responding to messages and offering a practical way to arrange a meeting.

Recipients and international transfers

The main service providers that may receive personal data are Vercel, Cal.com, and the email providers involved when you contact me. They may use their own subprocessors. I do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Vercel and Cal.com may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards they use for international transfers. The site does not use personal data for profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention

I keep correspondence and booking information only for as long as needed to respond, arrange or follow up on a meeting, meet legal obligations, or handle legal claims. Vercel and Cal.com retain information according to their applicable settings and privacy notices.

Your rights

Where the applicable conditions are met, Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 21 GDPR give you rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection.

Requests can be sent to the contact address above. Under Article 77 GDPR, you may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
